Get admittedApply to a DG Shipping-approved college (like HIMT, Tolani (TMI), AMET, etc.), clear the online entrance exam and interview, and pass the DG-approved medical fitness test.

4-Month Campus Training
Residential programmeStrictly residential / hostel-based programme. Learn marine electrical systems, switchboards, automation, control systems and safety drills with hands-on practical training.

Document Collection
After the courseAfter successful completion of the course, the college will issue your INDoS Number; obtain your CDC (Seaman's Passport).
- 4Step 4
Onboard Training (Sea Service)
Join as Trainee ETOApply to shipping companies for placement, join as a Trainee ETO and complete 8 months of onboard training on a commercial ship.
